How much does it cost?+
Starter S$89/month, Business S$149/month, Growth S$249/month. All prices in SGD.
How fast can my website go live?+
Most sites launch in 3 to 5 working days after you provide content. Larger sites with 10+ pages or custom integrations take 1 to 2 weeks.
How is this different from Wix or Squarespace?+
Wix and Squarespace are DIY — you design, host, update and SEO the site yourself. aiweb.sg is fully managed — you provide content, we handle everything else.
How is this different from a traditional agency?+
Agencies typically charge S$5,000–S$30,000 upfront with a 4–8 week timeline. aiweb.sg uses AI-assisted design to deliver in 3–5 working days at subscription pricing, with hosting and updates included.
Do I own the website?+
Yes. The site, domain and content belong to you. We manage hosting and updates as part of the subscription, and you can take your site files anytime.
Is aiweb.sg legitimate?+
Yes. aiweb.sg is operated by 8CLICKS Pte Ltd, a registered Singapore company.
What's included in every plan?+
AI-assisted design, managed hosting, SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring, basic on-page SEO, WhatsApp/CTA button and a monthly quota of content changes.
What counts as a page?+
A page is a unique URL with its own layout and content — e.g. Home, About, Services, Contact, a single service page or landing page. Blog posts in the blog add-on don't count toward plan pages.
What counts as a minor change?+
Text updates, image swaps within the same layout, contact info changes, button label or link updates, and small colour or font tweaks. New page designs and major overhauls are quoted separately.
Can I add more pages later?+
Yes. Extra pages within your plan limit are free. Beyond the limit, additional pages are S$120 each, or upgrade to a higher tier.
Do you do e-commerce?+
Yes, as an add-on module. We support Stripe, PayNow QR, product catalogues, carts and order notifications. Larger stores are quoted based on scope.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, after the 12-month minimum term. After that it's month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
Do you support a blog?+
Yes. We offer a headless WordPress blog add-on hosted on a subdomain (e.g. blog.yoursite.com) from S$39/month.
Do you handle SEO?+
Basic on-page SEO is included in every plan. Growth plan adds local SEO and AI search optimisation.
