Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of aiweb.sg and any managed website services provided by 8CLICKS Pte Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the site or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

We provide AI-assisted web design, hosting, SEO setup and content updates on a monthly subscription. Service inclusions are defined in your chosen plan on /plans.

2. Subscription & payment

Plans are billed monthly in SGD via the agreed payment method.
Minimum commitment is 12 months unless otherwise stated.
Add-ons (extra pages, integrations, etc.) are billed as quoted.
Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate business information, content and brand assets in a timely manner.
You own and are responsible for the content you supply.
Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing or harmful purposes.

4. Ownership

Your content and brand remain yours. The website is yours during your active subscription; on cancellation, you may migrate to your own hosting (one-time migration fees may apply). Our internal tooling, templates and code remain our property.

5. SLAs & disclaimers

We target 99.9% uptime on managed hosting but do not warrant uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at the end of your minimum term with 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate service for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
